Statement Request

You can request a current monthly statement, current consolidated statement or a statement for the last 3 years for your DBS Bank account, DBS Treasures Account or DBS Wealth Account.

Notes:

  1. The service fee will be debited from the account selected above. Please refer to iBanking Charges
  2. If your current consolidated statement covers more than one of your deposit and/or investment accounts, you only need to submit one request for a current consolidated statement through any one of the accounts.
  3. You will receive previous statement(s) of all your deposit and/or investment account(s) for your requested period. If any account is not included in consolidated statements, separate statement(s) of that account will be provided.
  4. A copy of the statement requested will be mailed to you by regular mail within 7 business days upon receipt of your request.
  5. Copies are normally available for statements issued in the past 3 years (not applicable to Cashline Revolving Loans.)
  6. For Cashline Revolving Loan accounts, "Current Statement" refers to the Cashline Revolving Loan statement last issued, whereas "Previous Statement" refers to the statement issued before that.

Credit Card Statement Request

You can request a hard copy of your current or previous credit card statements for DBS credit cards or other co-branded credit cards under "Request" > "Credit Card Statement".

  • A service fee of HK$15 per monthly statement copy (HK$50 through other channels) will be debited from the selected credit card account.
  • The requested statement will be posted to you by ordinary mail within 5 business days upon receipt of your request.
  • If your credit card statement covers more than one of your credit card accounts, you only need to submit one request for a card statement through any one of the accounts. Please note that a service fee will be charged for each request made.

Cheque Book Request

You can request a cheque book for your current account under "Request" > "Request Cheque Book".

The cheque book will usually be sent to you by regular mail within 7 business days.

Request for Phone Banking PIN

You can request a Phone Banking PIN for your DBS bank accounts.

Notes:

  1. The Phone Banking PIN will be mailed to you by regular mail within 7 business days upon receipt of your request.
  2. The PIN is needed for operating your phone banking account.
  3. You are advised to reset your PIN if you believe it may have been disclosed or compromised.
