Check transactions details: You can simply check your credit card transactions details through DBS Omni, DBS iBanking and DBS mBanking.
Deal with refund transaction: You may check related merchants for further details on refund transactions details.
Report credit card lost: You can call our hotline and report credit card lost immediately.
The reason of declined transaction: You may check your available credit limit, card status, or ensure you are using valid credit card for spending.

Apply Flexi Shopping: You can apply an interest-free instalment up to 12 months for single retail transaction through DBS Omni.
Flexible credit card payment: You can choose to settle minimum payment of your credit card statement with financial charges on daily interest basis.
Make late payment: You will subject to pay the late fee and financial charges if you cannot make your card payment before or on due date.
Settle credit card payment: You can settle your credit card balance by cash, cheque, DBS iBanking, DBS mBanking, Jetco ATM or PPS.
Replace damaged credit card: If your credit card is damaged, you could contact us directly to apply credit card replacement.

Check DBS$/COMPASS Dollar balance: You can check your DBS$/COMPASS Dollar balance through DBS Omni, DBS iBanking and DBS mBanking etc.
Redeem Asia Miles^TM with COMPASS Dollar: You can redeem Asia Miles^TM with COMPASS Dollar through DBS Omni.
Redeem Asia Miles^TM with DBS$ under new conversion rate: New conversion rate will be effective from 1 February 2017, for all DBS credit cards (except DBS Black WorldMaster Card), you need to use DBS$72 to get 1,000 miles.
