Settle credit card payment

You can settle your credit card balance by cash, cheque, DBS iBanking, DBS mBanking, Jetco ATM or PPS.

Note:

  • Post-dated cheque is not accepted
  • Please issue a cheque with payee name as "DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited", and mark your credit card number back on the cheque for credit card payment
  • By mail to GPO Box 9011 Hong Kong, please send your cheque at least 5 working days prior to the payment due date.
DBS iBanking

Please make transfer from your DBS bank account to credit card account from Monday to Saturday before 23:30

 

  1. Login your DBS iBanking account

  2. Select “Transfer” at the top menu bar

  3. Click “To My DBS Account”

  4. Then you can make payment from your DBS bank account to credit card account, and key in the amount that you would like to transfer

  5. Press “Next”, and “Submit” your request

DBS mBanking

Please make transfer from your DBS bank account to credit card account from Monday to Saturday before 23:30

 

  1. Login your DBS mBanking account on mobile app

  2. Select “Transfer” at the bottom of the menu

  3. Click “To My DBS Account”

  4. Then you can make payment from your DBS bank account to credit card account, and key in the amount that you would like to transfer

  5. Press “Next” at the right upper corner, and “Submit” your request

Phonebanking

You can dial to our hotline to make credit card payment debiting from your DBS bank account, ensure your credit card linked with your DBS bank account, and the cut-off time is Monday to Saturday at 23:30

  1. Dial 2290 8888

  2. Press “2” for English language

  3. Press “1” for Credit Card Service

  4. Press “2” for Account Related Service

  5. Key in your credit card number and telephone pin number

  6. Press “3” for Credit Card Payment, Amend Autopay Instruction & Bill Payment

Note:

Autopay

You can complete and return the “Direct Debit Authorization Form” by mail and balance of your credit card will automatically be settled every month through direct debit from your designated bank account on the payment due date. You can choose to settle full payment, minimum payment, or a fixed percentage of the statement balance.

Note:

  • Processing time: 4-8 weeks

  • Free of charge

  • Please continue to settle your monthly statement in your usual manner until you receive a statement printed with “AUTOMATIC PAYMENT”
