First login to DBS iBanking

You can activate your DBS iBanking and mBanking services using your card number or username or secure devices.

You can select different types that suit you to perform first login to DBS iBanking and mBanking. For more details, please refer to the online demo here.

ATM card holder (including customers who have both ATM card and Credit Card)
  1. Click here to enter DBS iBanking login page

  2. Click “Get Started”

  3. Select your identity type, then input your

    • Identity Number

    • Date of birth

  4. Please click “click here” to read the related T&C governing digital banking services.

  5. Tick the check box to confirm at the bottom of the page and click “next” to proceed

  6. Choose “Credit card”, then refer to your Physical card to enter

    • ATM card number

    • ATM PIN

    Then click “next” to proceed

    (Or choose “Secure Device”, then follow the instructions to get and enter a “Secure PIN”, then click “Next” to proceed)

  7. Set your

    • Username (Defined by yourself, 8-12 characters, a combination of letters and numbers  )

    •  Password (8-30 characters, a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, defined by yourself)

    Enter your “Mobile number” and “Email Address”,then click “Next” to proceed

  8. A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Please verify the details and enter the OTP. Click “Next” to proceed.

  9.  

    If you have provided a new mobile number to us in the previous step, you will NOT be required to enter the OTP. Alternatively, a Security Code will be sent to your registered address by registered mail. Please login to DBS iBanking/DBS mBanking to complete the verification process upon receiving the Secure Code.

  10. You have successfully completed the registration process. Please click “Experience Now” to experience DBS iBanking and mBanking services.

Credit Card Holder

  1. Click here to enter DBS iBanking login page

  2. Click “Get Started”

  3. Select your identity type, then input your

    • Identity Number

    • Date of birth

  4. Please click “click here” to read the related T&C governing digital banking services.

  5. Tick the check box to confirm at the bottom of the page and click “next” to proceed

  6. Choose “Credit card”, then refer to your Physical card to enter

    • Credit card number

    • Card expiry date

    Then click “next” to proceed

    (Or choose “Initial Username”, then input the initial username that you received via branch or mail, then click “Next” to proceed)

  7. Set your

    • Username (Defined by yourself, 8-12 characters, a combination of letters and numbers  )

    •  Password (8-30 characters, a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, defined by yourself)

    Enter your “Mobile number” and “Email Address”,then click “Next” to proceed

    • Card number

    • Card expiry date

    Then click “next” to proceed

  7. Set your

    • Username (Defined by yourself, 8-12 characters, a combination of letters and numbers  )
