How to refund credit balance on my credit card?
You may use the credit balance to offset the coming outstanding balance of that credit card account.

Follow the instructions to start the conversation in our Digibot. We will reply within 3 working days.
Download the Credit Card / Cashline Revolving Loan – Services Request Form.
Fill the information under "Applicable to Credit Card Only – Others" section.
Submit the form by faxing to 2572 6922.
Note: It would takes around 7 business days to process.
You can choose to:
Transfer the credit balance to your other DBS credit card accounts for setting off repayments; or
Transfer the credit balance to your DBS banking account; or
Withdraw the credit balance by Cashier's Order to your correspondence address (HK$100 per cashier's order) (in accordance with the Fee Schedule amended from time to time)
To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay !
