General terms and conditions:

1. The Cash Rebate/Offers on the webpage (“Offers”) are only applicable to cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Eminent Card (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders must settle payment with Applicable Credit Card.
3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount, promotional offers or gift vouchers.
4. Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other discount/goods/service.
5. The prices/pictures (if any) quoted are for reference only; no notice will be given should there be any changes.
6. Offers are only available while stock lasts.
7. Any transactions conducted with a supplementary Applicable Credit Card will be counted towards the spending under the principal Applicable Credit Card account for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of any of the promotions. Transactions conducted with different Applicable Credit Cards under the name of the same Cardholder may not be accumulated.
8. Eligibility of any transaction for the purpose any promotion shall be determined based on its transaction date and time on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s transaction slip, the Bank’s record and determination shall be final and conclusive.
9. The Bank reserves the right to provide the Offers only to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card account is determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default during the relevant offer period. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the Offers for the Cardholder and/or charge the Cardholder with any amount equivalent to the value of any Offers awarded without notice. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s entitlement to the Offers.
10. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence submitted will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any particular transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
11. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s entitlement to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of the Cardholder’s account(s) with the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the value of any Offers awarded to a Cardholder inappropriately pursuant to any fraud and/or abuse directly from the Cardholder’s account(s) held with the Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any such amounts.
12. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/food/services or the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/food/services published on the webpage, which are intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/food/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on the webpage shall be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
13. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholder should the merchants refuse to provide any of the Offers.
14. The Bank and the merchants reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offers without notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the respective merchants shall be final and binding.
15. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of these terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

"Free airport limousine services promotion" terms and conditions:
1. The promotion period for "Free Airport Limousine Services Promotion" (“Airport Limousine Service”) shall run from 1 October 2014 to 31 December 2016 (both days inclusive; “Promotion Period”).
2. Cardholders who accumulate spending on retail transactions with the Applicable Credit Card of HK$100,000 or above ("Spending Requirement") in a designated phase during the Promotion Period, can enjoy up to 6 single airport limousine rides provided by “Vigor Limousines Services Limited” (the "Merchant") for free in that phase. Any unused rides cannot be carried over to next phase(s) and the entitled rides should be used by end of each designated phase.
3. The Promotion Period shall be divided into 9 phases. The calculation of spending in each designated phase is independent and cannot be combined with other phase(s):

4. The sum of spending will be calculated based on the transaction dates of each transaction. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offers and/or rewards shall be determined by the Bank at it sole discretion based on the Bank’s record.
5. The following types of transactions will not be counted as retail transactions under Airport Limousine Service: Card Interest-Free Instalment Loan, application fee, handling fee and add value of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, cash advance and its relevant handling/administration fees, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transactions, late charges, credit card annual fee, Call-a-loan, Balance Transfer, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, tax payment, all bill payment transactions (including bill payment transactions made through DBS iBanking, any JETCO network ATMs with JET Payment signage, DBS 24-hour Customer Services Hotline or other means as provided by the Bank from time to time), transactions that have been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund or any other categories as the Bank may at its discretion determine from time to time.
6. Vehicle models of Mercedes-Benz S350 (accommodating up to 4 guests) and Toyota Alphard (accommodating up to 6 guests) may be used for providing the airport limousine services, subject to availability. The Merchant reserves the right to replace the vehicle with one of similar grade when necessary. Luggage volume is subject to capacity of the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
7. Free airport limousine service includes a single ride from Hong Kong International Airport to designated local district or vice versa, inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls. Each ride is restricted to one stop only.
8. Surcharges will be incurred in the following circumstances:
Airport Limousine Service
between 23:00 to 06:00
Extra stop(s) en-route
to destination
A surcharge of
HK$150 for each ride
A surcharge of HK$200 for each extra stop
(Whether the stop is en-route or not is
subject to the Merchant's decision)

9. Cardholders must make reservation to enjoy the airport limousine services. Cardholders can obtain a reservation form via the Merchant's booking hotline (852)2738 9580 (Mondays to Sundays and public holidays 08:00 am to 18:00 pm), email (, fax (852) 2739 3818 or visit the Merchant’s concierge at the Hong Kong International Airport (Kiosk B01, Arrival Hall).
10. Cardholders must provide their Applicable Credit Card number and indicate the service required on the reservation form and submit the completed reservation form via email to the Merchant within 30 days and 3 days prior to the intended appointment date. Appointment will be subject to the terms provided in the reservation form.
11. The Merchant will reply within 2 days via email after the reservation form is submitted, and a confirmation code will be provided upon successful reservation for record. The Merchant will charge and deduct all surcharges (if any) to the Applicable Credit Card account immediately upon completion of the reservation. All surcharges will not be refunded.
12. The airport limousine service is subject to availability and provided on first-come first-served basis.
13. If a Cardholder has enjoyed the airport limousine services during a phase but cannot meet the Spending Requirement in that phase, the Bank will charge the fee applicable to the airport limousine services of HK$570 per single ride ("Original Fee") to the Applicable Credit Card account of the Cardholder within 3 months after the end of the relevant phase in which the airport limousine services were used.
14. The Cardholder must present the Applicable Credit Card which was provided on the reservation form on the appointment date for verification.
15. Cardholder shall call the Merchant at least 12 hours before the appointment for any amendment or cancellation. Otherwise, the Merchant will charge the Original Fee. The Merchant will also charge the Original Fee for no show of the Cardholder.
16. A waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time (except airport pick up), waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
17. For airport pick up, a waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 1 hour from the flight landing time, waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
18. Meet and greet services and parking upon Cardholder’s request will be charged separately. HK$200 will be charged per greeting, while parking charges will be subject to the parking place.
19. The Merchant will charge the Original Fee, waiting fee (if applicable) or any other charges to the Applicable Credit Card account within 3 months after the appointment date.
20. Insurance covers third party death and body injury of maximum HK$100,000,000 for each event, and third party public liability of HK$5,000,000 for each event.
21. The Bank is not the supplier of the airport limousine services, any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the services shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
