  1. “Alila Hotels And Resorts Booking Offers” (“Offers”) are only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Eminent Card (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank", which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
  2. The Offers are valid from 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2017 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Cardholders who book rooms via official email or hotline of Alila Hotels And Resorts (published on this website / in this promotional email) for stay between 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2017 using promotional code “DBS-HK-AFFLUENT-2016” (“Promotional Code”) during Promotion Period and settle payment with Applicable Credit Card can enjoy a 15% discount on Best Available Rates.
  4. Cardholders can enjoy the below Offers at the same time:
    1. Stay 2-night, enjoy a complimentary a la carte breakfast for 2 persons on every following morning
    2. Stay 3-night, enjoy a complimentary a la carte breakfast for 2 persons on every following morning and a return airport transfer for 2 persons
    3. Stay 4-night, enjoy a complimentary a la carte breakfast for 2 persons on every following morning, a return airport transfer for 2 persons and a one-time 60-minute Signature Spa Treatment at Spa Alila for 2 persons.
  5. Offers are not applicable to online bookings via website.
  6. The Bank and Alila Hotels And Resorts (the "Merchant") will not accept any liability should a Cardholder failed to quote the Promotional Code when booking via email or hotline and result in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offers.
  7. The rates shall be updated without prior notice, Cardholders are required to email to the Merchant and refer to it as the final rates.
  8. Government taxes, service charges and other fees are excluded from the discount.
  9. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
  10. Use of Offers is subject to Merchant’s Terms and conditions. Rooms are subject to availability and may not be available on every day.
  11. Offers are provided by the Merchant. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the Offers shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. The Bank accepts no liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholders should the Merchant refuses to provide the Offers.
  12. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offers.
  13. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and binding.
  14. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
