Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome Offer “First Edible Nest Bird's Nest Discount Coupons” (“Discount Coupons”) are only available to applicants who successfully apply for First Edible Nest Privilege Card (“Cardholder”) by submitting the “DBS Credit Card / Private Label Card Application Form” to DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bank”) on or before 31 December 2019 and all supporting documents required by the Bank within one month from the date of application.
2. If Cardholder applies for more than once at the same time, only one welcome offer will be given.
3. Discount Coupons will be sent along with the card mailer. Discount Coupons are only applicable to regular-priced items and shall be governed by the terms and conditions printed on the coupons. For detailed terms and conditions, please refer to overleaf of the Discount Coupons. In order to use the Discount Coupon, Cardholder must settle the payment by using First Edible Nest Card.
4. All Discount Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.
5. Each Discount Coupons can only be used once. Photocopy is not accepted.
6. Unless specified otherwise, all Discount Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
7. The Bank is not the supplier of the welcome offer and will not accept any liability in relation to the welcome offer. Any complaints should be made to the supplier.
8. Availability of welcome offer is subject to demand. If stock of welcome offer is exhausted due to excess demand, the Bank shall provide successful applicant an alternative welcome offer.
9. The Bank and First Edible Nest Limited reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and First Edible Nest Limited shall be final and binding.
