Terms and Conditions:
1.	The promotion period of Member-Get-Member Program runs from 1 June 2010 to 31 August 2010, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2.	Any customer who maintains a deposit account (whether current, savings, or time deposit account; and whether in single name or joint names with other person(s)) at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank" which expression shall include its successors and assigns), is eligible to participate in this Promotion as a referrer ("Referrer").
3.	The Referrer is eligible for the Cash Reward if all the following conditions in Clause 3 and 6b are fulfilled:
	a. The person referred to the Bank by the Referrer in the Member-Get-Member referral form (the "Referee") successfully opens a new DBS Treasures Account with the Bank during the Promotion Period (the "New Treasures Account") subject to the following conditions:   i) The Referee does not have any deposit account at the Bank (whether current, savings, or time deposit account), whether single name or joint name, at any time within 3 months prior to the New Treasures Account opening date. ii) The Referee has been maintaining the DBS Treasures Account with a monthly average account balance (deposits and investments) of HK$1,000,000 or above (or its equivalent in foreign currencies) from the account opening date until 31 October 2010 ("the Cash Reward Date"). iii) The Referee does not applied successfully for the Promotion and does not eligible for the cash reward during 8 February 2010 to 31 May 2010 iv) The Referee successfully applies for DBS Treasures Octopus ATM Card during the Promotion Period ("New Octopus ATM Card") subject to the following conditions:   • The Referee has not held any DBS Octopus ATM Card in his/her name at any time prior to the New Octopus ATM Card application date; • The Referee continues to hold the New Octopus ATM Card on the deposit date of Cash Reward and/or the collection day of the Extra Reward; and b. If a Referee is referred to the Bank by more than 1 Referrer and the Referee opens New Treasures Accounts / applies for New Octopus ATM Card pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, only the Referrer whose the Member Get-Member referral form first reaches our Bank will be eligible to the referral award. Referrer cannot refer himself / herself as the Referee. c. A Referrer shall submit Member-Get-Member referral form to the Bank through branch to the Bank. The Member-Get-Member referral form must reach the Bank prior to or on the same day of the New Treasures Account opening date/ the New Octopus ATM Card application date (as determined in accordance with the BankÕs record) if the Referrer wishes to enjoy the referral award for that New Treasures Account/ New Octopus ATM Card. d. Each Referrer must have obtained prior consent from the Referee(s) to disclose his / her name and contact information to the Bank in relation to this Member-Get-Member Program.
4.	Cash Reward Offer("Cash Reward"):
	a. DBS Treasures Cash Reward: For each successful referral of opening DBS Treasures Account during the Promotion Period, the Referrer will be eligible to a HK$300 Cash Reward if he / she is a DBS Treasures Account customer and maintains a DBS Treasures Account on the Cash Reward Date. If the Referrer does not maintain DBS Treasures Account on the Cash Reward Date, they will be given HK$100 Cash Reward and not any HK$300 Cash Reward. b. DBS Octopus ATM Card Cash Reward: For each successful referral of applying for the New Octopus ATM Card during the Promotion Period, the Referrer will be eligible to a HK$30 Cash Reward.
5.	Extra Reward (“Extra Reward”):
	a. For every 3 successful referrals to open DBS Treasures Accounts within the Promotion Period, the Referrer will be eligible to the HK$300 Extra Reward for the 3rd successful referral. b. For every 3 successful referrals to apply for the New Octopus ATM Card within the Promotion Period, the Referrer will be eligible to a DBS Mini Octopus (“Gift”) in addition to the Cash Reward. The photo of the Gift does not reflect its actual size and is for reference only. The stock of the Gifts is limited. The Gifts are only available while the stock lasts.
6.	a. The Bank will inform the Referrer the amount of Cash Reward and Extra Reward (if any) in writing and credit the Cash Reward and Extra Reward (if any) to the core current account or savings account of eligible Referrer after the Cash Reward Date. The Bank will also notify the Referrer who is entitled to the Gift in writing to collect the Gift at a designated place. b. In order for the Referrer to be eligible to receive the Cash Reward and the Extra Reward (if any), the Referrer should maintain a valid core current account or savings account with the Bank on the deposit date the Cash Reward or Extra Reward, or the collection date of the Gift.

8.	The Bank reserves the right to replace Cash Reward / Extra Reward with alternative comparable offers without prior notice.
9.	Use of the Gift is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier. The Bank is not the supplier of the Gift. Any enquiry or complaint about the Gift or the quality of the services provided relating thereto should be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. The Bank is not liable for any loss incurred if the supplier refuses to provide or change the Gift.
10.	Customer cannot enjoy any of the above offers in conjunction with any other concurrent DBS Treasures Account promotion offers within the Bank (namely but not limit to Packaged Account Online promotion offer).
11.	The Bank reserves the right to change the above Terms & Conditions and / or modify, discontinue or terminate any offer at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
12.	If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
