| Terms and Conditions: |

| 1. |
The promotion period
for the offers is from 2 July 2010 to 31 August 2010,
both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). |
| 2. |
The offers and rewards are
not applicable to any order received by DBS Bank (Hong
Kong) Limited (the "Bank", which expression includes
its successors and assigns) after the cut-off time
of the relevant fund on 31 August 2010. |
| 3. |
Unlimited Investment Fund Subscription
Fee Rebate Reward ("Subscription Fee Rebate Reward"): |

| a. |
If the aggregate
amount of investment fund subscriptions successfully
transacted at an Investment Fund Account during
the Promotion Period (the "Aggregate Subscription
Amount") reaches HK$500,000 or above (or its
equivalent in foreign currency(ies)), the Investment
Fund Account will be eligible for a subscription
fee rebate (the "Subscription Fee Rebate"). |
| b. |
The Subscription Fee
Rebate is HK$50 for every HK$100,000 (or its
equivalent in foreign currency(ies)) of the
Aggregate Subscription Amount, subject to the
above-mentioned HK$500,000 minimum threshold.
The total amount of Subscription Fee Rebate(s)
that an Investment Fund Account can be eligible
for is unlimited. |
| c. |
The Subscription Fee
Rebate will be credited to the settlement account
for the eligible Investment Fund Account on
or before 30 November 2010. |
| d. |
To obtain the Subscription
Fee Rebate, the Investment Fund Account and
its settlement account with the Bank must remain
valid at the time of the Subscription Fee Rebate
being credited to the settlement account.

| 4. |
2% Subscription Fee Offer ("Subscription
Fee Offer"): |

| a. |
The Subscription
Fee Offer is applicable to any single subscription
order of investment fund(s) with an aggregate
subscription amount of HK$50,000 or above (or
its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)) successfully
transacted in an Investment Fund Account during
the Promotion Period. |
| b. |
Customers can enjoy the
Subscription Fee Offer more than once during
the Promotion Period. |

| 5. |
Other preferential subscription
fee offer:
For any single subscription order of investment fund(s)
with an aggregate subscription amount below HK$50,000
(or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)) successfully
transacted in an Investment Fund Account during the
Promotion Period, the subscription fee applicable
to that subscription order is 4.5% or the original
subscription fee(s) applicable to that / those investment
fund(s) (whichever is lower). |
| 6. |
Investment Fund
Transfer-in Cash Rebate Offer ("Transfer-in Offer"):

| a. |
If a customer
successfully transfers his holdings in any Designated
Investment Fund (as defined in clause 6b) to
an Investment Fund Account held by the customer
(whether in his sole name or joint-name with
another person) with the Bank from other banks
or fund houses on or before 31 December 2010
("Transfer") after his submission to our Bank
investment fund transfer-in application ("Transfer-in
Application") during the Promotion Period, the
Investment Fund Account will be eligible to
a transfer-in cash rebate (the "Transfer-in
Rebate"). |
| b. |
"Designated Investment
Fund" means any open-ended fund(s) distributed
by the Bank or such other investment funds as
specified by the Bank from time to time. |
| c. |
The Transfer-in Rebate
is HK$100 for each successful Transfer. The
aggregate maximum amount of Transfer-in Rebates
any Investment Fund Account is eligible for
is HK$1,000. If holdings in the same Designated
Investment Fund are transferred to the same
Investment Fund Account more than once during
the Promotion Period, whether by the same or
different account holder of the Investment Fund
Account or in different holdings amount, only
one of such Transfers will be counted for determining
the Transfer-in Rebate. |
| d. |
The Transfer-in Rebate
will be credited to the settlement account for
the eligible Investment Fund Account within
6 weeks after the date of the eligible Transfer.

| e. |
To obtain the Transfer-in
Rebate, the Investment Fund Account and its
settlement account with the Bank must remain
valid at the time of the Transfer-in Rebate
being credited to the settlement account. |
| f. |
All Transfer-in Applications
are subject to the final approval of the Bank
at its sole and absolute discretion. |
| g. |
Whether a Transfer can
be conducted will depend on whether the fund
managers and/or trustees of the relevant investment
fund consents to such Transfer and/or whether
it is subject to any other applicable restriction.
Any fees which may be charged by the relevant
bank or fund house in respect of the Transfer
shall be borne by the customers. |
| h. |
Holdings in any Designated
Investment Fund transferred to the Bank have
to be registered and held in the name of the
Bank's nominee. |

| 7. |
Non-Hong Kong Dollar
subscription amount will be converted into Hong Kong
Dollar at the exchange rate from time to time or at
any time quoted by the Bank as it deems fit. |
| 8. |
The Subscription Fee Rebate
Reward and the above subscription fee offers are not
applicable to any investment fund savings plan or
any other investment fund as from time to time or
at any time prescribed by the Bank as it deems fit.

| 9. |
The Subscription Fee Rebate
Reward, the above subscription fee offers and the
Transfer-in Offer cannot be used in conjunction with
any other promotion offers. |
| 10. |
The Bank reserves the rights to change all or any of the Terms and Conditions and / or modify, discontinue or terminate all or any of the above offers and rewards at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute over any matter concerning the above offers and rewards, the decision of the Bank shall be final, conclusive and binding. |
| 11. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
