2% Preferential Subscription Fee Offer ("Offer"):

Applicable to a single subscription order of investment fund(s) at a subscription amount of HK$50,000 or above (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)) successfully made in an Investment Fund Account during the Promotion Period (regardless of the type of account holders of the Investment Fund Account). |

Other Subscription Fee Offer:

For any single subscription order of investment fund(s) with a subscription amount below HK$50,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency(ies)) successfully made in an Investment Fund Account during the Promotion Period, the subscription fee applicable to that subscription order is 4.5% or the original subscription fee(s) of that / those investment fund(s) (whichever is lower). |

Applicable to: (1) DBS Platinum Credit Cards, DBS Treasures Platinum Credit Card, DBS Credit Cards, DBS Titanium Card, DBS mc MasterCard, and  (except for DBS Pay Less VISA, The DBS Black Card, all Business Cards, Corporate Card and co-branded cards, i.e. Manulife Credit Card, CABLE Power VISA and Dragonair VISA); and (2) The aforementioned DBS Credit Cardholders whose credit card accounts remain valid or not in default within the Promotion Period. If any such credit card account becomes invalid or in default during the Promotion Period, the cardholder of that credit card will not be eligible for this offer at the Bank's discretion without prior notice. |

The above offers are not applicable to any investment fund savings plan or any other fund as from time to time or at any time prescribed by the Bank as it deems fit. |

The Bank reserves all rights to change all or any of the Terms and Conditions and / or modify, discontinue or terminate all or any of the above offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute over any matter concerning the above offers, the decision of the Bank shall be final, conclusive and binding. |

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
