Terms and conditions:

| 1. |
The program runs from 1 December 2009 to 28 February 2010, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). |
| 2. |
Welcome Offer
| a. |
New DBS ec-banking customers ("New Customer(s)") refer to customers who register for DBS ec-banking with DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank", which expression shall include its successors and assigns) during the Promotion Period and do not have any DBS ec-banking account at any time during the 6 months before 1 December 2009. |
| b. |
Any New Customer who successfully conducts any one of the following designated transactions via DBS ec-banking within the Promotion Period will be eligible for a McDonald's HK$20 Gift Certificate ("Welcome Offer"). Each eligible New Customer will be eligible for the Welcome Offer once only in all circumstances. |

DBS ec-banking Lucky Draw
| a. |
The DBS ec-banking Lucky Draw (the "Lucky Draw") is applicable to all DBS ec-banking customers (the "Customer(s)"). |
| b. |
Every time a Customer successfully conducts any one of the following designated transactions via DBS ec-banking within the Promotion Period (an "Eligible Transaction") will be eligible for a Lucky Draw chance / Lucky Draw chances. |

The Bill Payment must be an immediate or scheduled payment made and paid within the Promotion Period. |

If a Customer pays the same bill more than one time within the same month, or settles more than one bill for the same account number within the same month, or combine bills of different months for one bill payment, all these payments will be considered as only 1 Bill Payment for the purpose of the Welcome Offer and the Lucky Draw. |

Only the amount paid for settling the balance due under the bill of the Bank’s designated merchant will be considered a Bill Payment. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the Welcome Offer and/or joining the Lucky Draw if any Eligible Transaction is determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion to be ineligible, invalid, non-genuine or due to any irregularity or deception. |

Securities Trading: |
|
| - |
Only the purchase or sale of securities listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (excluding eIPO subscriptions) conducted via DBS ec-banking will be considered a Securities Trading for the purpose of the Welcome Offer and the Lucky Draw. |

If any Customer amends any securities buy/sell instruction via any channel other than DBS ec-banking, the last channel used for amending the instruction will be regarded as the trading channel for conducting that securities buy/sell instruction. |

| c. |
Eligible bill payment and securities trading transactions will be shown in the Lucky Draw webpage 2 days and 3 days (12:00 noon) respectively after the transaction date. Customers can click the "Play" button to start the Lucky Draw. Customers shall not close the browser once the Lucky Draw starts. If the Lucky Draw result cannot be shown in the webpage under whatever circumstances and conditions during the Lucky Draw process, the record of the Bank shall be final. Customers are required to install Adobe Flash Player version 9.0 or above in their computers in order to view the Lucky Draw result. For software upgrade, please visit Adobe's webpage at www.adobe.com. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or liability which any Customer suffers or incurs in connection with his/her participation in this promotion, including his/her installation of the software upgrade. |

The Lucky Draw prizes include grand prizes: iPod nano (16B) for 10 winners, 2nd prizes: city’super HK$50 Gift Certificate for 500 winners and 3rd prizes: McDonald's HK$20 Gift Certificate for 1,000 winners ("Prize(s)"). The Prizes will be drawn randomly by the Bank's system. |
| e. |
The Lucky Draw period is from 1 December 2009 to 10 March 2010. All Lucky Draws must be completed by 23:59:59 on 10 March 2010 (Hong Kong Time) and all entries thereafter will become invalid. All dates and times shall be determined in accordance with those of the Bank's system. |

| 4. |
The notification letters and cash coupons/prize redemption letter will be mailed to the winners on or before 30 April 2010. In order to be eligible for the Prizes, the eligible Customers shall remain DBS ec-banking customers at the time of posting of the cash coupons /prize redemption letter. If any eligible Customer has only a supplementary credit card, notification letter and cash coupons/prize redemption letter will be mailed to his/her principal cardholder. |
| 5. |
The Bank is not the supplier of the cash coupons or prizes. Any enquiry for or complaint of the quality of the cash coupons or prizes or the services provided relating thereto should be directed to the relevant merchants. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. The Bank reserves the right to replace the cash coupons and/or prizes with alternate prizes without prior notice. The Cash Coupons and Prizes cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash, and is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchants. |
| 6. |
Employees of the Bank and advertising agencies for the promotion are not eligible for the Lucky Draw. |
| 7. |
The Bank reserves the right to change the above Terms and Conditions and/or modify, discontinue or terminate any of the above offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |
| 8. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
