The promotion is valid from 2 October to 31 December 2008, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").

The above assurance plans are underwritten by Aviva Life Insurance Company Limited ("Aviva"). Aviva reserves the right of final approval. |
3. |
DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank", which expression includes its successors and assigns) is an insurance agent authorised by Aviva. |

a. |
The above offers are only applicable to successful enrolment. Each successful applicant is entitled to a maximum of HK$10,000 coupon per policy. Successful applicant will receive the coupons/gifts redemption letter within 6 weeks after policy issuance. Customers will not be entitled to these offers if they withdraw their policies during the Cooling-off Period. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the value of coupons/gifts from any account of the customer with the Bank. Please refer to policy provisions for details of Cooling-off Period. |
b. |
The availability of coupon/gift is subject to demand. If the selected type of coupon/gift is out of stock, the Bank shall provide the successful applicant with an alternative coupon/gift. |
c. |
Coupons/Gifts are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable. All coupons/gifts are provided by the relevant suppliers. The Bank will not accept any liability in relation to the use of the coupons/gifts and/or services provided by such relevant suppliers. Any complaints should be made to the suppliers. |
d. |
The coupons/gifts will be subject to further terms and conditions stipulated by the relevant suppliers. |

5. |
The Bank reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Offer, and/or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.

Coverage and other details of the above life assurance plans are subject to the policy provisions, copies of which are available upon request from Aviva. |

LifeTrack Assurance Series - HIS / HER / KID Assurance is a combination of an endowment plan and an investment-linked plan. Only investment-linked plan and its documentation have been authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission pursuant to sections 104(1) and 105(1) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
