New Arrangement for One Time Password

Starting from 22 July 2012, the One Time Password (OTP) to be used as part of the dual password authentication for Internet banking services will be reduced from 8 digits to 6 digits.  While logging on to DBS iBanking or performing designated transactions, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone via SMS.  You can enter the OTP to log on to DBS iBanking or authorize designated transactions as usual.  In addition, as we will extend our Internet banking services to mobile channel shortly, the SMS in which we send you your OTP for logging on to DBS iBanking will be updated to cater for this new service.
