period, customer who has successfully applied for
any DBS Unsecured Loans (except Salaries Tax Loan)
through "Proceed Online Application" of "Apply Online"
via the website of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the
Bank") www.dbs.com/hk/loans and draw down the full
approved loan on or before 29 Feb 2012 will be
eligible for up to HK$1,000 PARKnSHOP Cash Coupon. |

For Cashline Revolving Loan applications,
in order to be eligible for the gift coupon, customers
must draw down the full approved credit limit
once the Cashline Revolving Loan Account ("Cashline
Account") is set up and maintain a daily average
loan balance of 50% or above of the approved credit
limit within 1 month from the Cashline Account
set up date. If customer cancels Cashline Account
during the period of 13 months from the account
set up date, the Bank reserves the right to charge
customer the value of the coupon. |

The
Bank will send Gift Redemption Letter for the Gift
Coupon to customer by mail within 2 months after the
loan drawdown date. Customer can redeem the Gift Coupon
at designated redemption center. The Gift Coupon will
be subject to further terms and conditions stipulated
by the supplier. |
4. |
The Gift Coupon
cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Bank
is not the supplier of the Gift Coupon. Any enquiry
or compliant in respect of the Gift Coupon and/or
services provided in relation thereto should be directed
to the supplier. The Bank shall have no liability
in respect thereof. |
5. |
The Promotion
is only available to customers whose loans accounts
are in good condition without any late repayment and
remain valid during the Promotion Period and at the
time the Bank issue the Gift Redemption Letter. If
the account status has changed, the Bank reserves
the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customer
for withhold the Gift Coupon to the customer at the
Bank's absolute discretion. |
6. |
The Bank reserves
the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, change,
modify, discontinue or terminate the promotion at
any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute,
the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |
7. |
If there is any
inconsistency or conflict between the English and
Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the
English version shall prevail. |
