Low handling fee

Loan amount below $350,000, 1.5% handling fee will be charged each year based on the approved loan amount and the instalment period, and will be collected from monthly repayment. Loan amount $350,000 or above, 1% handling fee will be charged each year based on the approved loan amount and the instalment period, and will be collected from monthly repayment.

 
The Annualised Percentage Rate (APR) is calculated in accordance with guidelines as set out in the Code of Banking Practice. The APR is calculated based on loan amount of every HK$10,000 and loan period of 12 months including the handling fee.
