One minute final approval result is applicable on Monday to Friday 9am – 9pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm and 2pm to 10pm, Sunday noon to 9 pm. Customers apply in timeslot that is not mentioned above, we will contact you to follow up your application in next working day. |

One day loan disbursement to specified bank account refers to bank account of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”). |

DBS Unsecured Loans Interest Discount Terms and Conditions: |

| i. |
Promotion Period starts from 22 February 2012 to 21 May 2012, both dates inclusive. |
| ii. |
Eligible Customers must (a) successfully apply for DBS Personal Instalment Loan, Debt Consolidation Loan or Express Loan during the Promotion Period via online application at the website of the Bank www.dbs.com/hk/loans; and (b) draw down the full approved loan on or before 8 June 2012. |
| iii. |
Customers will participate in a lucky draw during online application, the computer system will randomly draw out the interest discount (10% off, 20% off or 30% off) to be applicable throughout the whole loan tenor. Eligible Customers will be informed of the interest rate and monthly repayment amount after interest discount upon loan approval. |
| iv. |
The Bank reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, change, modify, discontinue or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |

DBS Unsecured Loans Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions: |

| i. |
Promotion Period starts from 22 February 2012 to 21 May 2012, both dates inclusive. |

Eligible Customers must (a) successfully apply for DBS Personal Instalment Loan, Debt Consolidation Loan, Express Loan or Cashline Revolving Loan during the Promotion Period via online application at the website of the Bank www.dbs.com/hk/loans; and (b) draw down the full approved loan on or before 8 June 2012. Eligible Customers that fulfill the above conditions can participate in DBS Unsecured Loans Lucky Draw. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to 1 lucky draw entry only during the Promotion Period. |
| iii. |
DBS Unsecured Loans Lucky Draw will be held after the end of the Promotion Period. Winners for first prize:“0% Interest Rate” prize and second prize: Samsung Galaxy Note smart phone will be drawn randomly by the computer system, each prize will have 1 winner. The Bank will send gift redemption letter for the second prize winners within 2 months after the end of the Promotion Period. Customers shall bring the gift redemption letter to redeem the prize at designated redemption center. |
| iv. |
The maximum amount of interest waived under “0% Interest Rate” is HK$30,000. Interest already paid before the lucky draw will be credited to winner’s relevant repayment account within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period; subsequent interest paid will be concluded on a 3-month basis and credited to winner’s relevant repayment account. If winner is a customer of Cashline Revolving Loan, “0% Interest Rate” will only be applicable for the interest of the first 6 months from the date of Cashline Revolving Loan account set up or HK$30,000 (whichever is lower). If winner is a customer of Personal Instalment Loan, Debt Consolidation Loan or Express Loan, “0% Interest Rate” will be applicable to the interest throughout the whole loan tenor or HK$30,000 (whichever is lower). |

If winner cancels the loan account during the period of 13 months from the account set up date, the Bank reserves the right to charge the winner the value of prize earned. |
| vi. |
The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Bank is not the supplier of the prizes, any description, pictures and prices in relation to the prizes are supplied by the merchant and for reference only, the Bank will not accept any responsibility for the differences between the price and its actual market price and/or all matters in relation to the prizes. Any enquiry or compliant in respect of the prizes should be directed to the merchant. |
| vii. |
The promotion is only available to customers whose loans accounts are in good condition, without any late repayment and remain valid during the Promotion Period and at the time the Bank offers the prizes. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to withhold the prizes to the customer at the Bank’s absolute discretion. |
| viii. |
The Bank reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, change, modify, discontinue or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. |

| 5. |
"Funds available within 20 minutes"
is only applicable to customers who apply in person at DBS Finance
or Unsecured Loan Centres and submit all required documents by
5pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Fund availability
will depend on when the receiving bank disburses the loan amount
into customers' accounts. |
| 6. |
For loan amount of every HK$10,000
and the instalment period of 36 months, the monthly repayment
amount (including 1% p.a. handling fee) will be HK$419 (Annualised
Percentage Rate:33.17% ). The flat interest rate per month is
1.32%. Daily interest of HK$4.4 is calculated on a 30-day per
month basis. |
| 7. |
Customers are eligible to apply for a top-up loan on the repaid principal amount if a minimum of one instalment is repaid, and the repaid principal amount is over HK$5,000, and a punctual repayment record is maintained. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. |
