The above insurance plans are underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (“MSIG”). MSIG reserves the right of final approval. For coverage and other details of the insurance plans, please refer to the relevant product materials and policy provisions.

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression includes its successors and assigns) is an insurance agent authorised by MSIG. |
| 3. |
DBS MSIG InsureDirect is a dedicated Insurance Customer Services Hotline for customers of the Bank. |

| “The Premium Discount” Offers |
| a. |
The promotion period shall run from now till 27 June 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). |
| b. |
The Premium Discount offers are only applicable to successful enrollment of |
| |
| i. |
Single Travel Insurance Plan via online, QR Code or the designated mobile application; or |
| ii. |
Annual Travel Insurance, Home Contents Insurance and Superior Hospital Cash Plan (the “Selected General Insurance Plans”) via online during the Promotion Period. |

| c. |
Offers of premium discount for the Selected General Insurance Plans are only applicable to the first year premium of the policy. |
| d. |
The above offers are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable. |

| 5. |
The Bank and MSIG reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate any of the above promotions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and MSIG shall be final and binding. |

Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
