Customer Services Hotline for DBS customers. |

until 31 May 2012 (the “Promotion Period”). |

Annual Travel Insurance, Home Contents Insurance and Superior Hospital Cash Plan are valid for first year premium only. |

The offers are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non returnable. |

without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the
