Applicable to 0% Interest Rate "Funds Transfer" Program ("the Program")

1. 0% interest rate is only applicable to the first 4 monthly statements from Transfer Effective Date to the 4th monthly statement date after Transfer Effective Date, the following finance charge (i.e. the date after the 4th monthly statement date) will be calculated according to the prevailing rate for cash advance.
2. DBS Bank ( Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") will charge an one-off handling fee of HK$100 on the approved transfer amount

1. Extra HK$50 ParkNShop Cash Coupon (“Cash Coupon”) is applicable to successful principal card applications that are applied online via this website with all required documents submitted and approved on or before 30 September 2010.
2. Cash Coupon will be sent to successful principal cardholders within 2 months after the promotion period ends on 30 September 2010.
3. Coupons are available while stocks last and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If stock of the coupon is exhausted, the Bank has the right to provide customers with an alternative offer without prior notice.
4. The Bank is not the supplier of the coupons and will not accept any liability in relation to the coupon or quality of the goods and services of the merchant. Any enquiries or complaints should be made to the merchant directly. The coupon is subject to further terms and conditions stipulated by the merchant.

Summer Chic Lucky Draw (the "Lucky Draw") Terms and Conditions

1. The Lucky Draw is only applicable to the principal card applicants who submit this application form and successfully apply DBS Credit Card / Platinum Credit Card ("New Cardholders") between the period of 1 July 2010 and 30 September 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
2. New Cardholders with accumulated retail spending and/or cash advance of HK$4,800 during the Spending Period as set out in the table in clause 4 with the credit card applied through this application form ("New Card") will be entitled to 1 draw chance; with accumulated retail spending and/or cash advance of HK$7,800 will be entitled to 2 draw chances; with accumulated retail spending and/or cash advance of HK$9,800 or above will be entitled to 3 draw chances. Each principal cardholder can only be entitled to a maximum of 3 draw chances in each phase of lucky draw. Supplementary card spending will be counted towards that of the principal card account.
3. Only posted transactions are counted towards the spending requirement (for instalment transactions, only posted monthly instalments are counted). The following types of transactions will not be calculated in the spending requirement: cash advance handling / administration fees, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transactions, late charges, credit card annual fee, Call-a-loan, Balance Transfer, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment Plan, tax payment, all other bill payment transactions made via JETCO/Internet/24-hour Customer Services Hotline/Mobile Banking Service or other means as provided by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the ¡§Bank¡¨) from time to time, transaction that has been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund or any other categories as the Bank may at its discretion determine from time to time.
4. There are 2 phases of Lucky Draw, 3 winners will be drawn randomly from each phase by a computer system, each winner is entitled to a Pentax K-x Digital SLR. The lucky draw result will be announced on the Bank¡¦s website (www.dbs.com/hk) on each Result Announcement Date. Prize redemption letters will be mailed to the winners within 1 month after each Result Announcement Date. 5. The Lucky Draw is only applicable to cardholder whose credit card account is in good standing and remains valid and not in default during the Promotion Period and when the Bank issues the prize redemption letter. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the cardholder¡¦s eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw as well as stop issuing any Prize without notice.

6. The Bank is not the supplier of the Prize, any description, photos in relation to the Prize are supplied by the merchant and for reference only, any enquiry or complaint in relation to the Prize or the services provided relating thereto should be directed to the merchant, the Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. The Prize cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash.
7. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Lucky Draw. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
