General Terms & Conditions:
 
1. To enjoy the offers stated on this marketing material ("Offers"), cardholders are required to present the DBS Platinum Credit Card/Titanium Card/The DBS Black Card ("Applicable Credit Card") when ordering and settling the payment.
2. Cardholders should make reservation in advance and specify to use the offer and confirm the offers with Merchants before payment.
3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers or discount and cannot be redeemable for cash, spending credit or other gifts.
4. Unless otherwise specified, dining offers are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meeting, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
5. Specific merchant offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by merchants. Please call respective merchants for details

7. All offers are provided by relevant Merchants. DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") will not accept any liability in relation to the quality of the products and services of relevant Merchants. Any complaints should be made to the Merchants directly.
8. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the cardholder should the Merchants refuse to provide the offers.
9. The Bank and the Merchants reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Promotion without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchants shall be final and binding.
10. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms of conditions, the English version shall prevail
 
Terms & Conditions of Plaza Premium Lounge Offer:
 
1. To enjoy the offers stated on this marketing material ("Offers"), cardholders are required to present the DBS Platinum Credit Card/Titanium Card/The DBS Black Card ("Applicable Credit Card") when visiting Plaza Premium Lounge.
2. The Plaza Premium Lounge offer of this promotion covers basic services including complimentary food and beverage, internet access, newspapers and magazines, and etc. All other services are subject to additional charges; cardholders should contact Plaza Premium Lounge directly on the relevant details.
   
Terms and Conditions of Bonus Points Redemption of Plaza Premium Lounge Offer:
 
1. The promotion to enjoy the Plaza Premium Lounge service at 39,000 bonus points is valid till April 30 2009. The redemption is only applicable to cardholders of Applicable Credit Card.
2. Cardholders can submit the redemption form before or after visiting Plaza Premium Lounge. But submission date of the redemption form must be within the same month as the date of visit at Plaza Premium Lounge.
3. The Bank reserves the right to reject the application for redemption if Cardholder's Applicable Credit Card account does not have sufficient bonus points. Cardholders would be required to pay the entrance fee of HK$200 per person per visit for lounge visits made by themselves and their guests if they do not have sufficient bonus points. All fees will be directly debited from Cardholder's Applicable Credit Card account.
4. Upon successful application, the Bank will issue a confirmation letter to the mailing address recorded in the Bank. Such confirmation letter is for cardholders to keep as record only.
5. About 4-6 weeks are normally required for processing of redemption application. Required bonus points will be deducted from the Applicable Credit Card account upon successful application and will be shown on the monthly statement.
6. Once a redemption application is approved by the Bank (regardless of the means of submitting the application), neither amendment nor cancellation can be made.
 
Terms & Conditions of Lotus Tours Offers:
 
1. All offers are valid for selected flights only.
2. All packages are valid for departure and completed before 30 November 2008, and are subject to high season surcharge during peak period.
3. All bookings need to be made at least 7 working days prior to the departure date and full payment must be made after confirmation with DBS Platinum Credit Card/Titanium Card/The DBS Black Card.
4. Prices are quoted for per person, and valid for a minimum of 2 adults travel and check-in together with same itinerary for both inbound and outbound flights.
5. The package prices include Hong Kong Airport Security Surcharge, 0.3% Travel Industry Council levy, and HK$100,000 travel insurance.
6. All prices are exclusive of all Applicable Taxes (e.g. Airport Taxes, Overseas Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharge and other tax if applicable.
7. No cancellations, refund, transfer, alteration is allowed once air tickets or hotels are confirmed. Tickets are non-refundable, non-reroutable & non-endorsable
8. All selected packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or membership program offered by airlines or hotels. All air ticket miles are not applicable mileage programme.
9. All special packages are subject to the availability and supply from the hotels and airlines.

Terms & Conditions of Novotel Hotel & Pullman Hotel Offers:
 
1. Offers are valid for hotel stays completed before 31 December 2008.
2. Offers are based on best available unrestricted rate available to the general public and subject to room availability.
3. All prices are exclusive of all applicable tax and service charges.
4. To enjoy the offers, cardholders must call 800 93 8768 or visit the relevant Novotel Hotel and Pullman Hotel websites and provide the following preferential codes when making room reservations: Novotel Hotels - DBSNOV; Pullman Hotels - DBSPUL.
5. Complimentary accommodation and breakfast for up to 1 or 2 child under 12 years old, when sharing a room with parents, using existing bedding and/or up to one extra bed. Customers will be advised on the total number of adults/children that can be accommodated in the room during booking. Children's buffet breakfasts are free, provided their parents are taking breakfast too. Child policy may vary slightly between hotels.
