If no choice of welcome offer is indicated, your welcome offer will be assigned as HK$300 PARKn SHOP Coupon. Change of selected welcome offer is not acceptable. If applicant applies for more than one principal card at the same time, only one welcome offer will be given. Aqua Formula Water Filtration Vacuum Cleaner" as follow: i.1 successful principal card application:
Successful principal card applicant has to present ONE redemption letter (original copy) to redeem the gift at
a special price of HK$298 with the Manulife credit card applied via this application form in person at the
designated redemption centers. ii.2 successful principal card applications: Successful principal card applicant
has to present TWO redemption letters (original copies), your redemption letter and another new principal
cardholder´s redemption letter with signed "Authorization for Transferring Redemption Letter of Welcome
Offer", to redeem the gift for free at the designated redemption centers in person.
Cardholder agrees to forfeit the right to redeem the welcome gift by signing the Authorization for Transferring Redemption Letter of Welcome Offer and passing the redemption letter to another new cardholder such that (s)he can redeem the above mentioned gift for free. Only posted transactions are counted towards the spending requirement (for instalment transactions, only posted monthly instalments are counted). The following types of transactions will not be calculated in the spending requirement for welcome offer: Cash advance handling / administration fees, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transaction, late charges, credit card annual fee, Call-a-loan, Balance Transfer, fund Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, tax payment, other bill payment transactions made via JETCO / Internet / 24-hour Customer Services Hotline / Mobile Banking Service or other means as provided by the Bank from time to time, transaction that has been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and / or refund or any other categories as the Bank may at its discretion determine from time to time.
If customers cancel any credit card issued by the Bank during the period of one year from the date of issue of that card, the Bank reserves the right to charge the customers an administration cost of HK$500 for each card cancellation. Availability of welcome offer is subject to demand. If stock of welcome offer is exhausted due to excess demand, the Bank shall provide successful applicant an alternative welcome offer. The Bank reserves the right to charge cardholder (including by charging to the relevant card account) the prevailing market price of welcome offer redeemed if cardholder (by any means) redeems welcome offer to which (s)he is not entitled, makes duplicate redemption or uses ineligible transaction as the Bank may at its discretion determine to redeem welcome offer.
The Bank is not the supplier of the welcome offer and will not accept any liability in relation to the redeemed welcome offer. Any complaints should be made to the supplier.
The Bank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer. In case of any dispute, decision of the Bank shall be final and binding. In case of any discrepancy between the English version of terms and conditions and its Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail.
