First Edible Nest Privilege Card application forms
are available at all First Edible Nest outlets.
Remarks:
  1. 1 Box of 2 Pieces Top Grade Bird's Nest or 1 Box of NestPert is only applicable to successful application of principal DBS Credit Card and First Edible Nest Privilege Card through the submission of this application form on or before 30 June 2012. It is not applicable to applicants who currently hold and/or in the past 6 months have held or cancelled any principal DBS Platinum Card, DBS Gold Card, DBS Classic Card or DBS Titanium Card which is issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") or its predecessors.
  2. Successful applicant of both DBS Credit Card and First Edible Nest Privilege Card who has accumulated spending and/or cash advance of HK$1,000 or above within 1 month from the date of card issuance will receive a letter for redemption of 1 Box of 2 Pieces Top Grade Bird Nest or 1 Box of NestPert.
  3. All Discount Coupons and Cash Coupons will be sent along with the card mailer. Discount Coupons and Cash Coupons will be subject to further terms and conditions, for detailed terms and conditions, please refer to overleaf of the coupons.
  4. All coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.
