Extravaganza Cash Discount / Monthly Selected Premium is only valid for
successful principal application of DBS Credit Card through this
application form submitted on or before 31 December 2008 and it is not
applicable to applicants who currently hold and / or in the past 6
months have held principal DBS Credit Cards (except DBS VISA Business
Card, corporate cards, Esso Personal Card, DBS co-branded cards,
COMPASS VISA and Everyday COMPASS VISA) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong)
Limited ("the Bank") or its predecessors. Successful
applicant of both DBS Credit Card and Extravaganza Card who has
accumulated spending over HK$1,500 at any Extravaganza outlets or its
associated brands outlets with payment by Extravaganza Card within 2
months from the date of card issuance will be eligible to redeem Cash
Discount / Monthly Selected Premium. Cardholder must bring along the
original sales slip(s) and redemption letter (to be mailed after the
first transaction is made) at any Extravaganza outlets. Photocopies of
sale slip(s) or redemption letter are not acceptable. The
Monthly Selected Premium is offered while stocks last, cardholder can
make enquiry directly to staff at any Extravaganza outlets.
Extravaganza reserves the right to amend the Monthly Selected Premium. The
redemption letter of Extravaganza 30% Discount Coupons will be mailed
to you with the card mailer. Cardholder should bring along the original
redemption letter for redemption at designated Extravaganza outlets.
Photocopy is not acceptable. Extravaganza 30% Discount Coupons are only
applicable to regular-priced items. For detailed terms and conditions,
please refer to overleaf of the coupons. HK$300
Extravaganza Cash Discount and Extravaganza 30% Discount Coupons are
only applicable to regular-priced items and cannot be used in
conjunction with other promotions, cash coupons or VIP discounts
(including all Extravaganza VIP & Private Label Cards). The
Bank and Extravaganza reserve the right to vary the terms and
conditions, change or terminate the offer. In case of disputes, the
