The "Promotion" is only applicable to Cardholders of DBS Credit Card ("Applicable Credit Card") excluding DBS Co-branded Card, DBS Pay Less VISA, The DBS Black Card, COMPASS VISA, 3Everyday COMPASS VISA, Business Card and Corporate Card. |

The "Promotion Period" is valid from 23 April 2007 (based on the transaction date). |

Cardholders who settle bills with Applicable Credit Card at local restaurants ("Relevant Transactions") during the Promotion Period can enjoy triple DBS$ (including the normal DBS$ on the Relevant Transactions) ("Rewards"). Relevant Transactions do not include spending on/at banquet services, private parties/functions, private room events, dining outlets in department stores, associations, and clubhouses. Rewards are also not applicable to spending with merchants that are not classified as restaurants, which shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). |

When calculating the Rewards, only posted Relevant Transactions are eligible for the Promotion. |

Rewards will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account within 3 months after the Relevant Transactions were posted and shown on the monthly statement. |

If Cardholder changes the DBS$ Reward Scheme during the time, the Bank will calculate the Rewards based on the Cardholder's reward scheme recorded in the Bank's system at the time the Rewards are calculated. |

If there is a supplementary card under the Applicable Credit Card, the Relevant Transactions from the supplementary card will be aggregated with that of the principal card account. |

If there is any discrepancy between the Bank's record and the Cardholder's record of particular transaction, the Bank's record shall prevail. |
| 9. |
The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Promotion. In case of disputes, decision of the Bank shall be final and binding. |

In case of discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail. |
