- The
Promotion is only applicable to cardholders of DBS
Credit Card ("Applicable Card"), excluding DBS Co-branded
Card, DBS PayLess VISA, The DBS Black Card, Compass
VISA, Everyday Compass VISA and VISA Business Card.
- The "Promotion Period" is
valid from 23 April 2007.
- Cardholders who settle the bill with Applicable Card at local restaurants ("Relevant transactions") during the Promotion Period can enjoy total 3-time cash rebate or bonus point (including the normal cash rebate or bonus point on the Relevant Transactions ("Rewards"). Relevant Transactions do not include spending on/at banquet services, private parties/functions, private room events, dining outlets in department stores, associations / clubhouses, or other such dining outlets as determined by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) at any time.
- The Promotion is only applicable to Relevant Transactions which are successfully posted to the Applicable Card account during calculation of Rewards.
- Rewards will be credited to the Applicable Card account within 2 months after posting of the Relevant Transactions and shown on the monthly statement.
- If cardholder changes the reward scheme during the Promotion Period, the Bank will calculate the Rewards according to cardholder's reward scheme recorded in the Bank's system at the time the Rewards are calculated.
- Supplementary card spending will be aggregated with that of the principal card account for the calculation of Rewards.
- If there is any discrepancy between the Bank's record and cardholder's record of particular transaction, the Bank's record shall prevail.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Promotion without notice. In case of disputes, decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
