When your Personalized Octopus card do not has sufficient fund, AAVS
allows you to add HK$250 to your Personalized Octopus card automatically.
This transaction amount will be debited to your DBS credit card and shown in
your monthly statement. The AAVS transactions can have an interest free
repayment period. Effective now, AAVS transactions will also be eligible
for our Reward Scheme! *

If the stored value of your Octopus card is zero or negative,
or remaining value plus the maximum negative value (HK$35) is not enough
to cover the intended value deduction, your card will automatically
be reloaded with HK$250.

First time applicants of Automatic Add-Value Service will
enjoy HK$20 fee waiver. Applicants switching banks or restarting Automatic
Add-Value Service are required to pay Octopus Cards Limited a HK$20
non-refundable handling fee.

The application fee for a Personalised Octopus card is HK$100,
which includes a HK$50 refundable deposit, HK$30 stored value and a
HK$20 non-refundable service charge. If you already have the card,
no application fee will be charged.

Each Octopus card can only be reloaded automatically once
a day.

The application fee, handling fee and the Automatic Add-Value
transaction of HK$250 each time will be directly debited from your
designated DBS Credit Card Account.
