You can register your mobile phone number to receive OTP in the following ways:

If you have not registered for OTP, we will ask you to register your mobile phone number to receive OTP when you log on to DBS .

Step 1:

Enter the mobile phone number you want to use to receive OTP, and click on "Submit".

Step 2:

Click on "Confirm" to confirm the mobile phone number.

Step 3:

We will send you a Security Code to verify the mobile phone number you entered. Once you have received the Security Code, simply log on to DBS and enter the code to complete the registration.

You can also register or update your mobile phone number to receive OTP at any DBS ATM.

Step 1:

Insert your DBS ATM card and enter your ATM PIN.

Step 2:

Choose "DONATION/OTHER" and then "OTP REGISTRATION/UPDATE"

Step 3:

Enter the mobile phone number you want to use to receive OTP

Alternatively, you may download and submit the DBS Application Form to us.

Note:
SMS originating by our bank will be sent to your registered mobile phone number only for receiving OTP.  The SMS will not be forwarded to any other mobile phone number even if you have subscribed for SMS forwarding service provided by telecommunication service provider in Hong Kong.
